LUCANT™ by Mitsui Chemicals is a heat & chemically stable ethylene/α-olefin oligomer. It is a hydrocarbon-based synthetic oil containing no polar group. Possesses high flash and ignition points. Exhibits wide operating temperature, excellent shear stability, excellent thickening efficiency, thick oil film thickness and low pour point. Offers good processability & flexibility, heat resistance, low-temperature properties, sliding and defoaming properties. LUCANT™ is designed for paints, inks & coatings, lubricants and grease for industrial applications.
