MPP-635VF by Micro Powders is micronized high molecular weight polyethylene wax-based surface modifier. It is a crystalline, high melting point wax that provides superior rub and abrasion resistance.

It offers excellent anti-blocking properties, hardness and improved resistance to solvent absorption & swelling.
It is easy to disperse fine powder that can be incorporated with high speed mixing.
It is designed for water-based, solvent-based & energy curable coatings and inks.
It is used in industrial coatings (plastic, metal), stains, sealers & varnishes, wood-, powder-, interior & exterior can-, container- and coil coatings as well as printing inks and OPV's (flexo and gravure).
Recommended dosage level is 1-3% on total formula weight.
