Microspersion® 620-50

Microspersion® 620-50 by Micro Powders is a high density micronized polyethylene wax which has been formulated into a resin free aqueous wax dispersion at 50% wax solids. It has been formulated to provide optimum abrasion and scratch resistance, along with slip properties when incorporated into aqueous paints, printing inks and varnishes. It allows the formulator to use a highly efficient micronized wax in liquid form. Due to the fine particle size of Microspersion® 620-50, it can be used without adversely affecting gloss and clarity. Microspersion® 620-50 by Micro Powders is used in waterborne wood finishes, coil coatings, industrial finishes, architectural wall and trim paints; water reducible flexographic printing inks and overprint varnishes. The addition of 1.0% - 4.0% on total formulation weight will provide optimum surface properties.
