Tivida® FL 2300 by Merck KGaA, Darmstadt Germany is a high-speed, ultrashort-chain anionic C2 fluorosurfactant that lowers surface tension exceptionally quickly. It contains active ingredient in 1-methoxy-2-propanol. It can achieve a static surface tension reduction down to 20 mN/m. The dynamic surface tension reaches values below 25 mN/m less than 200 ms.

It can be used for a broad spectrum of water- and solvent-based paints, coatings, waxes, polishes, industrial cleaning products and printing.
It improves spreading, wetting, leveling and increases the surface gloss.
It minimizes cratering even at low usage rates.
Recommended dosage level of Tivida® FL 2300 is 0.005-0.1% of active ingredient.
It has a shelf life of 36 months.
