Polytetrafluoroethylene. Acts as a surface conditioner or texturing agent. It is a white micro-powder PTFE of low molecular weight produced by thermal degradation. It improves corrosion inhibition, gloss, surface smoothness and slip as well as blocking resistance. Also improves low friction and thermal as well as rub resistance for toner applications. Used for lithographic-, gravure- and flexographic inks applications.
