Solsperse™ 85000

Solsperse™ 85000 by Lubrizol is a 100 % active polymeric dispersant for dispersion, wetting and stability of titanium dioxide and other inorganic particles in UV-curable coatings and inks. It is suitable for wide range of medium-high polarity solvents, high-solids, low or zero VOC systems. It shows improves flow and low viscosity. It is used in electron beam (EB)-cured inks and coatings. Solsperse™ 85000 is designed for flexographic-, offset-, screen- and digital UV inks as well as UV wood coatings. Typical dosage level is 1-3% active dispersant on weight of titanium dioxide/filler. Recommended re-test date is 2 years.
