Solsperse™ 60000

Solsperse™ 60000 by Lubrizol is a 100% active polymeric dispersant for water-based inks, performance coatings and colorants. It improves pigment wetting, color development and dispersion in resin-based pigment concentrates. It also improves pigment dispersion, particle size and viscosity stability. It can be blended with mill base resin/solvent before addition of pigments. Solsperse™ 60000 is used in solvent-based flexographic packaging inks and polar solvent-based pigment concentrates. The dosage level is typically 2mg active dispersant per square meter of pigment surface area. Recommended re-test date is 2 years. Solsperse™ 60000 meets the current requirements of Mercosur GMC RES.
