Solsperse™ 24000 SCP

Solsperse™ 24000 SCP by Lubrizol is a 100% active polymeric dispersant which improves pigment dispersion and stability in liquid organic media. It is used in solvent-based automotive paints and performance coatings where it offers improved flocculation & rate of color strength development, and floor- & float resistance. It also imparts superior gloss, reduced haze, production savings and high pigment content in mill base. Typical dosage level is 2mg active dispersant per square meter of pigment surface area. Further, it is suitable for digital inks with improved particle size reduction and stability. Solsperse™ 24000 SCP exhibits highly pigmented dispersion and excellent viscosity stability. Other applications include industrial paints, gravure packaging inks, UV-cured & solvent-based digital inks. For digital inks dosage level is 4-10mg active dispersant on weight of pigment should be considered. The recommended re-test date is 2 years.
