Matt hardener SA2167

Synthetic resin based matting agent. With proper resin, it can provide 10% (60°) or less of gloss (suggested to choose slow curing polyester, should not be used alone with fast curing polyester). Offers excellent flow and weather-resistance. Possesses good stability for baking, recommended to use on anti-yellowing condition. Has outstanding mechanical properties, much better scratch/friction resistance than PE/GMA matting system and outstanding gloss stability as well as reproducibility, satisfy wide ranges of extrusion processing. Used for applying in exterior PES/TGIC powder coatings. The use level is 2-6% by weight of total formula, depends on the gloss required.
