Hindered amide. Acts as a charge enhancing agent. Improves transfer-efficiency and minimize Faraday-Cage effects during application. Can increase friction charged performance at low use levels and provides improved substrate wetting, result in better flow as well as appearance of film. Possesses quite good thermo-stability and anti-yellowing properties. Has no catalytic activity and does not affect the gloss as well as gel time of coat. Used in powder coatings. The use level is 0.2-0.4% by weight calculated on total formula.
