Slip & degassing agent SA500 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is a micro wax based slip and degassing agent developed for powder coatings, which can be used as a slip promoter or a substitute of benzoin in various coating system. Aids to reduce coating melt-flow viscosity and improve wetting of resin binder to substrate and pigment dispersing properties. When used in β-HAA system, it provides weather-resistant coating with film thickness up to 100μm without air-bubble. Due to its lubricating character, it improves the anti-caking and sieve-passing properties of coating powder and prevents blockage of spray gun simultaneously. Exhibits good anti-mar property at proper added amounts. Recommended dosage for Slip & degassing agent SA500 is 0.5-1.0% by total weight. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
