HAA Hardener SA3120

HAA Hardener SA3120 by Lu'An Jietonda New Material is a poly-functional ß-hydroxyalkylamide cross linking agent. As a substitute of TGIC, it is suitable for curing with carboxyl-terminated polyester or acrylic resin to provide TGIC-free based exterior durable powder coatings. It is resistant to weather, exhibits excellent flow and mechanical properties, improved anti-yellowing when used in combination with our developed specific degassing agent Jietonda® SA500. Recommended dosage for HAA Hardener SA3120 is 95/5 [resin to SA3120] for polyester resin with AV ca.34mg KOH/g; 96.5/3.5 for polyester resin with AV ca.22mg KOH/g. It has a shelf life of 2 years.
