Micropearl™ F-50

Thermal expandable microcapsule containing volatile hydrocarbons. Acts as a filler. Microcapsules are of particle diameter of 10 – 20 microns. Offers superior solvent stability, heat stability, discoloration by heat, and stain occurrence of metal. A discontinuous foamed layer can be shaped at low temperature and a short period of time in combination with various resins through process such as coating.
