Luvotix® ZR 50

Mixture of castor derivative and precipitated silica. Acts as a rheological agent. Controls rheological properties of low solvent-based and solvent-free formulations. Offers sag-control, good leveling and improved application properties. Its inorganic part inhibits the formation of agglomerates during the dispersion process and prevents syneresis in highly filled formulations. Its organic part offers non-Newtonian flow behavior and thixotropy. Suitable for highly filled coatings. Dosage is 0.5-1.5%, based on total formulation weight and depending on the desired product properties.
