Monofunctional isocyanate. Acts as an in-can stabilizer and moisture scavenger or active-hydrogen scavenger. It removes traces of water and neutralizes any free hydroxyl as well as amine groups present for example, in coal tar/urethane blends. Also helps to prevent premature gelling. Used for PU prepolymer systems.
