Preventol® A 4-S by Lanxess is a sulfenamide-derivative. Used for the formulation of solvent-based wood preservatives, anti-blue-stain agents, primers and wood stains. Also suitable for non-aqueous fungicidal and algaecidal coatings and as a booster for marine antifouling paints. Preventol® A 4-S offers efficiency against wood-staining fungi (blue stain, mould) and long lasting effectiveness.
