C13 alcohol ethoxylate. Acts as a wetting agent and emulsifier. It is a non-ionic surfactant. It is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic and other non-ionic surfactants. Exhibits good oil in water and water in oil emulsification. It is designed for use as either a primary or secondary emulsifier in emulsion polymerization processes.
