SpeedCure MBP by Lambson (Sartomer) is a 4-methylbenzophenone. Acts as a photoinitiator. Unlike many other benzophenone derivatives it has same curing efficiency & other performance features as benzophenone. Is non-harmful, non-irritating and non-sensitizing. It is a free flowing, easy to handle, low dusting, small flaked material. It is a cost effective benzophenone replacement. Suitable for use in benzophenone-free formulations. SpeedCure MBP is recommended for wood lacquers, over print varnishes and optical fiber coatings.
