SpeedCure 992 by Lambson (Sartomer) is a clear yellow to amber colored mixture of triarylsulphonium hexafluorophosphate salts in propylene carbonate. Acts as a cationic photoinitiator. Exhibits low shrinkage and enables good adhesion to metal substrates. Cures cycloaliphatic epoxy resins such as UviCure S105 and UviCure S128, vinyl ethers and other cationically cured materials. SpeedCure 992 is suitable for UV-curable clear coatings and thin films. Suggested levels of use are 3.0-5.0%w/w of Speedcure 992.
