DISPARLON® UVX-35

Acrylic polymer based on proprietary acrylic co-polymer technology. Act as an excellent leveling additive. It is specially designed for UV coatings to improve leveling and anti-cratering, providing excellent sharpness and flatness to the coatings. It does not extremely lower surface tension of coating film but impart very good recoat ability avoiding silicone troubles. It is used in high-polar and UV-cured coatings systems, such as urethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate, polyester acrylate, and cationic coating systems. Addition level is 0.1 to 2.0% by weight on total formulation.
