DISPARLON® LCN-400

Acrylic polymer a very universal leveling agent and it imparts excellent leveling property to almost all the existing coating systems. It is recommended for both solvent-based baking systems and ambient sure systems such as coil, can, general industrial baking, wood, maintenance and UV coatings. It has excellent compatibility with wide range of coating systems that cause no re-coat problem, which is typical problem with silicone-based additives. It improves leveling, prevent pinholes, improves film gloss by promoting pigment wetting, eliminates foams with baking systems and possesses excellent dispersibility with highly pigmented systems. It is used in high-solids polyester/melamine and acrylic/melamine coatings for automotive industries and also used in thermosetting and unsaturated coatings. Addition level is 0.2-1.5% by weight on total formulation.
