KURARAY LBR-352

KURARAY LBR-352 by Kuraray is a liquid rubber based on butadiene homopolymer. It can function as a reactive plasticizer but have a far higher molecular weight than normal plasticizers. It is colorless, transparent and odorless without halogen residuals. It is co-vulcanizable with solid rubber such as NR, IR, SBR and BR. It reduces migration significantly which improves the product’s shelf life. It significantly reduces processing time while maintaining the rubber compounds’ physical properties, during the rubber compounding phase. It results in a product with lower processing costs. It improves tack and adhesive properties in a wide range of temperatures. KURARAY LBR-352 is commonly used in coatings.
