Rheoflow LP-5000

Acrylic polymer based on n-butylacryate. Acts as a flow and leveling agent in powder coatings and nitrocellulose lacquers. It is very compatible with acrylic resins, vinyl chloride polymers, polyvinyl ethers, chlorinated rubbers, and natural resins and plasticizers etc. It has excellent flow and leveling properties, good adhesion and flexibility, prevents cratering, pinholes, fish eyes and other surface defects and has good film appearance and recoatable properties. Suitable for powder coatings (acrylics, epoxies, polyester, urethanes and Hybrid systems), high solid coatings and UV-coatings, nitrocellulose lacquers and chlorinated coatings.
