PALMERA® A9218 by KLK OLEO is a biodegradable, stearic acid grade containing C18 (92-96%) fatty acid, derived from renewable vegetable oils. Acts as a plasticizer. It is free from genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and bovine spongiform encephalopathy/ transmissible spongiform encephalopathy (BSE/ TSE). PALMERA® A9218 is designed for use in varnishes, paints, printing inks, metals and coatings. Complies with USP-NF and KOSHER. It is HALAL, HACCP and GMP certified compound.
