Kane Ace™ MX-714

Kane Ace™ MX-714 by Kaneka is an easy to handle, liquid impact modifier and toughening agent based on polypropylene glycol 400 Mw. It exhibits T-peel strength, lap shear strength, no Tg depression and low ionic impurities. It shows highly improved strength, fracture toughness, consistent morphology and endurance without losing the heat resistant characteristics of thermoset resins. The dispersed core-shell rubber type is polybutadiene rubber. It provides low viscosity compared to other existing tougheners and a wide cure window. Kane Ace™ MX-714 is recommended for coatings.
