Omnirad MBF by IGM Resins is a highly efficient, type II photoinitiator used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers such as acrylates, after exposure to UV light.

It forms free radicals through an intramolecular hydrogen abstraction process.
It can be used in combination with mono or multi-functional monomers as reactive diluents.
It is applicable for clear, white, pigmented and water-based systems.
It is designed for UV radiation curing system.
It is suitable for surface cure and used in paper, wood, metal & plastic coatings & inks.
The recommended addition level is 0.5-5% by weight of total formulation.
Omnirad MBF has a shelf life of 24 months.
