Omnirad DETX

Omnirad DETX by IGM Resins is a highly effective type II photoinitiator. In conjunction with tertiary amine synergists, it is used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers such as acrylates, after exposure to UV light.

It can be used in combination with mono or multi-functional monomers as reactive diluents.
It is suitable for surface, through and LED cure.
It is designed for UV radiation curing and pigmented systems.
It is used paper, wood, metal, plastics, glass coatings and inks.
The recommended addition level is 0.5-5% by weight of total formulation.
Omnirad DETX has a shelf life of 24 months.
