Esacure 1001 M by IGM Resins is a type II photoinitiator. It is based on difunctional ketosulphone class.

It is suitable for LED cure, through and surface cure.
It is used to initiate radical polymerization of unsaturated oligomers such as acrylates after UV exposure.
It is applicable for clear, pigmented and water-based systems.
Due to its molecular structure, it is particularly suitable for all systems where low migration and low extraction values are needed.
It is used for wood & plastic coatings and printing inks such as off-set, flexographic, screen, ink-jet inks & acrylic clear varnishes.
The recommended addition level between 2 and 5% by weight and depends on system composition, thickness, and desired cure-speed.
Esacure 1001 M has a shelf life of 24 months.
