HALOX® 515 LFG

HALOX® 515 LFG by ICL is a low freeze, liquid organic corrosion inhibitor based on aminocarboxylate salt. It is effective as a flash rust inhibitor on weld seams. It is recommended for high gloss (direct to metal) coating systems.

• It provides cost-effective flash rust protections and long-term corrosion protection.
• It is also effective for thin-film applications (<2 mils).
• It is heavy metal- & nitrite-free grade and contains no chromates or phosphates.
• It offers improved adhesion at the scribe and good humidity resistance.
• HALOX® 515 LFG can easily and effectively be post added or added in the letdown stage of any coating system.
• Recommended loading level is 1-3% based on total formula weight.
• It has a shelf life of 24 months.
