LT-540

LT-540 by HUBEI BLUESKY NEW MATERIALS is a γ-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane-based coupling agent. It also functions as an adhesion promoter. It is a bifunctional organosilane possessing a reactive primary amine and hydrolyzable inorganic methoxysilyl groups. It can bind to both inorganic and organic polymers due to its dual nature of its reactivity. It is compatible with epoxy, phenolics, furans, polyurethane, PA, PBT, PC, EVA, modified PP, PVB, PVAC, PVC, acrylics, silicones and melamine resins. It improves mechanical properties such as modulus of elasticity, flexural-, tensile- and impact strength as well as electrical properties such as dielectric constant and volume resistivity. It improves adhesion, filler dispersion, rheological behavior and moisture & corrosion resistance. It is soluble in alcohol, and aliphatic & aromatic hydrocarbons. LT-540 is suitable for coatings, and glass & metal primers.
