HX-3230

HX-3230 by Huaxia Chemical Group acts as a flow and leveling agent for matte and metal coatings. It is an alkyl modified polydimethylalkyl siloxane solution. It can eliminate vertical brush mark and prevent blister in production and application without any impact on interlayer adhesion. HX-3230 offers better substrate wetting and leveling effect and can enhance surface smoothness, scratch resistance and anti-adhesion properties as well as helps to prevent frame effect. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-1.0% of total formulation.
