HX-3200

HX-3200 by Huaxia Chemical Group is a polyacrylate-based flow and leveling agent. It is applicable for solvent-based coatings and recommended for solvent-free coatings. It features higher molecular weight and non-polar structure, with de-foaming effects. It reduces surface tension between coatings and substrates and prevents shrinkage and orange peel effect due to increased viscosity by separation out of resins to wet the substrate and remove gas molecules absorbed by the substrate. It is produced through homopolymerization or copolymerization of acrylic ester monomers and has limited compatibility. It can move to film surface within very short time for the formation of mono-film to change coating flowing and leveling and ensure even film surface tension for increased shrinkage resistance and gloss. HX-3200 is suitable for primers and baking paints. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-1.0 of total formulation.
