HX-3140 by Huaxia Chemicals Group is polyether modified polydimethyl siloxane solution. It acts as a flow and leveling agent for solvent-based coatings. It enhances surface gloss and smoothness and prevents pigment bleeding and blurring in colored paint. HX-3140 improves substrate wettability and prevents shrinkage. It can effectively reduce surface tension and is highly compatible with coatings. This product shows excellent scratch resistance and anti-adhesion. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-1.0% of total formulation.
