HX-2055 by Huaxia Chemical Group is a fluorine-modified, polysiloxane-based de-foaming agent. It is designed for high viscosity, solvent-based and solvent-free coatings. It exhibits excellent blister depression, elimination and breaking capabilities produced in the production and application of epoxy encapsulants. Recommended dosage level of HX-2055 is 0.1-1.0% of total formulation.
