RC1174 by Hangzhou Right Chemical is a cross-linking agent. It possesses excellent weather-ability, light stability, attractive & consistent texture as well as outstanding detergent resistance. In combination with an amine-blocked sulfonic acid salt (Catalyst RC32-18A), it provides excellent durable wrinkle finishes. It offers excellent outdoor property to wrinkle finished powder coatings. The resin to cross-linker ratio is economically favorable. Recommended dosage level in coatings on binder of formulation is 4-10 per hundred resin. The shelf life of this grade is 1 year.
