Trialkyl phosphate. Acts as a plasticizer as well as flame retardant. It is a free-flowing powdered dispersion on an amorphous silica carrier. Compatible with chlorinated rubber. It may retard cure with high loadings. Has low viscosity. It readily mixes with cold water and eliminates drum disposal as well as need for heating viscous liquid.
