HALLCOTE® HECA by Hallstar acts as a coalescing agent. Used in lacquers and plastisol coatings.

It provides excellent scrub resistance & gloss and a greater reduction in MFFT when used at half the level of texanol & 80% reduction in VOCs.
HALLCOTE® HECA is compatible with acrylic resins, polyurethane, polyvinyl acetate and polyvinyl chloride.
