HybridRED 200 by Finnester is a hybrid inorganic-organic coating solution for fire protection. Possesses maximized inorganic content, smooth finish, anti-graffiti properties and does not contain halogens or antimony trioxide. Designed for more demanding applications such as cladding. Used in solvent-based and high-solids indoor & outdoor industrial, decorative and protective applications and for resurfacing damaged FR gelcoats. Offers minimal heat of combustion, very low smoke generation, prolonged ignition times and low heat release rates. Suitable for thermoset & thermoplastic composites for energy, railway, marine and transport sectors and can also be applied to steel and aluminium. It cures to form a hard, mar resistant coat with easy-to-clean properties, exceptional weathering fastness, UV-light degradation & water resistance as well as good color and gloss retention. It can be applied by a spray gun. HybridRED 200 is characterized by RAL color standards, fast tack-free time, no post-cure stoving and a wide application window.
