Cellueast™ Xanthan Gum

High molecular weight anion polysaccharide. Acts as thickener and stabilizer. It is produced by fermentation of a carbohydrate with xanthomonas campestris. It is not poisonous and exhibits high viscosity which results in high features of acid-proof, alkali-proof, salt-proof & heat-proof. Can prolong the product using-life and helps to increase sticking as well as oxidation resistance properties. Cellueast™ Xanthan Gum provides an excellent suspension for insoluble solids and oil droplets. It shows synergism with guar and locust bean gum. Possesses compatibility with solutions containing high concentrations of various salt.
