Tegosivin® HE 328 by Evonik acts as a hdrophobing agent for aqueous coatings of mineral substances and silicate paints. It is a solvent-free emulsion of polysiloxane resin. Suitable for alkaline undergrounds. Tegosivin® HE 328 doesnot affect process of the carbonating.
