Tego® Phobe 6600

Tego® Phobe 6600 by Evonik is a hydrophobing agent. It is a formulation of a polysiloxane resin/silane blend for waterborne impregnations and primers. It is suitable for neutral to slightly alkaline substrates. It offers deep substrate penetration and water beading effect. It provides reduced water uptake, low tendency to pickup dirt and early water-resistant. Tego® Phobe 6600 is designed for architectural paints and wood coatings. It has a shelf life of 18 months. Recommended additional level is 5.0-25.0% on total formulations.
