Tego® Glide 482

Tego® Glide 482 by Evonik is a emulsion of a high molecular weight polydimethylsiloxanehighly-based flow/leveling and slip additive. It offers outstanding anti-blocking effect, excellent slip effect, excellent haptics and easy incorporation. It provides low foam, flow promotion and anti-crater effect. It is suitable for waterborne, pigmented coatings and partly suitable for clear coatings. Tego® Glide 482 is used in printing inks, wood coatings, furniture coatings and leather coatings. Recommended usage level is 0.1-1% based on total formulations. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
