TEGO® Foamex K 3

Tego® Foamex K 3 by Evonik is a highly effective, silicone-free defoamer concentrate for waterborne formulations. It is a formulation of hydrophobic components, containing mineral oil. It prevents foam formation during production, air occlusions and destroys pre-existing foam. It possesses the greatest possible effectiveness and compatibility especially when added to the let-down and in clear coats, owing to their optimized particle size. Iit is suitable for pure acrylic emulsion, styrene acrylic emulsion, vinyl and EVA emulsions, PU dispersions, and hybrid systems. Tego® Foamex K 3 is used in leather-, architectural coatings and printing inks. Recommended shelf life is 12 months.
