TEGO® Antifoam KS 53

TEGO® Antifoam KS 53 by Evonik is a self-emulsifying, APEO-free organic concentrate based on a food grade vegetable oil, containing small amounts of organo-modified siloxanes. Acts as an anti-foaming agent. It destroys foam or prevents foam formation. Outperforms conventional organic antifoams in many respects, in particular regarding compatibility and efficiency. Offers reduced or no fogging. Used in resinous and polymeric coatings (PVC based). Recommended dosage ranges from 300-500 ppm (maximum 1500 ppm). TEGO® Antifoam KS 53 complies with 21 CFR 176.210 and BfR Recommendation XIV. It is listed in EINECS, TSCA, DSL, ENCS, AICS, ECL, PICCS, CHINA, TAIWAN, NZloC. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
