TEGO® Antifoam D 3020

TEGO® Antifoam D 3020 by Evonik is an organic molecular defoamer based on gemini surfactant technology. It provides a combination of foam control and dynamic wetting. It is effective at reducing foam-related defects in waterborne systems. It can improve flow and levelling and eliminate orange peel. It offers long-lasting defoamer efficacy, ease of incorporation and good compatibility. It contains no added silicone, silica, fluorinated materials and alkylphenol ethoxylates (APEs). TEGO® Antifoam D 3020 is used in paper coatings and pigment dispersions. Its recommended usage is between 0.1 to 1.0 %. It has a shelf life of 36 months.
