SURFYNOL® AS 5180

Surfynol® AS 5180 by Evonik is a non-ionic organic surfactant for paper coatings. It is a very low foaming wetting agent for water-based systems. It offers fast surface migration and is solvent- and silicone-free. It is a low viscous, colorless, clear liquid. It improves the wetting properties of aqueous dispersions on difficult substrates. Surfynol® AS 5180 recommended usage is between 0.1 and 1.0%. It is listed on EINECS, DSL, AICS, ENCS, ECL, PICCS and IECSC chemical inventories. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
