Surfynol® AS 5160

Surfynol® AS 5160 by Evonik is a solution of sodium diisooctyl sulfosuccinate in ethanol/water. It acts as an anti-static agent, emulsifier and wetting agent. It is an anionic surfactant, miscible with non-ionic, amphoteric and other anionic products. It has good oil solubility and antistatic properties. It is an easy-to handle liquid and is soluble in water at low concentrations. Surfynol® AS 5160 is used in paper and polymeric coatings. It may be used up to 3% in PE, PP, PS, AS and ABS. It has a shelf life of 12 months.
