NANOCRYL® C 145

NANOCRYL® C 145 by Evonik is tripropylenglycoldiacrylate, colloidal silica sols. Used in transparent lacquers for plastic (e.g. PC, PMMA, PET) or wood. Offers improved scratch and abrasion resistance. Provides increased weathering resistance and inhibited thermal aging, reduced cure shrinkage and heat of reaction. Reduces thermal expansion and internal stresses. Increases tear resistance, fracture toughness and modulus. NANOCRYL® C 145 improves adhesion to a large number of inorganic substrates(e.g. glass, aluminum, improved dirt resistance against inorganic impurities (e.g. soot) by a more hydrophilic surface. Possesses improvement to other desired properties such as thermal stability, stain-resistance, heat conductivity and dielectric properties.
