Dynasylan® GLYEO

Dynasylan® GLYEO by Evonik acts as an adhesion promoter, crosslinking agent and surface modifier. It is a bifunctional organosilane with a reactive organic epoxide and hydrolyzable inorganic triethoxysilyl group. It provides improved moisture- & corrosion resistance, filler dispersion, increased filler loading as well as rheological behavior like viscosity reduction & newtonian behavior. Offers improved mechanical properties such as flexural strength, tensile strength, impact strength & modulus of elasticity as well as improved electrical properties such as dielectric constant & volume resistivity. Dynasylan® GLYEO is used as an additive and primer in paints & coatings for improving adhesion to the substrate, especially glass and metal. It is suitable for polymers such as epoxy, phenolic & melamine resins, ABS, PBT, PS, PVAC, PVC, PU, acrylates, polysulfides, EPDM and butyl rubber. It has a shelf life of minimum 1 year.
