Dynasylan® 1122

Dynasylan® 1122 by Evonik acts as an adhesion promoter and surface modifier. It offers improved flexural strength, tensile strength, impact strength and modulus of elasticity. It provides improved moisture- & corrosion resistance, filler dispersion, high filler loading as well as rheological behavior like reduction in viscosity and newtonian behavior. Dynasylan® 1122 is recommended for use in metal primers. It is also used as a primer in paints & coatings, for improving adhesion to the substrate. The suitable polymers are epoxy-, phenolic-, furan & melamine resins, PU, PA, PBT, PC, EVA, modified PP, PVB, PVAC, PVC, acrylates and silicones. It has a minimum shelf life of 1 year.
